LipoDyne Interactions: What Else Can You Take With It?
LipoDyne interactions fall into three groups. Stimulants add to its 100 mg of caffeine, so count coffee, pre-workout and green tea products as one total. The black pepper row raises absorption, so space other supplements and raise any prescription with a prescriber. A multivitamin does not overlap, because the panel holds no vitamin or mineral.

- The capsule is one stimulant, one absorption enhancer and four plant extracts.
- Anything else with a stimulant is additive. Pre-workout formulas commonly carry 150 to 300 mg of caffeine on their own.
- A green tea or EGCG capsule duplicates both catechins and caffeine.
- The piperine row raises absorption generally. Space other supplements and raise any prescription.
- The panel contains no vitamin and no mineral, so a multivitamin does not overlap.
- Nothing is published about the finished formula with any named product.
LipoDyne interactions are mostly arithmetic, not chemistry. Inside the capsule sit a stimulant, an absorption aid and four plant extracts. Anything in your cupboard with a stimulant adds to it, and anything with narrow dosing is better kept apart from the absorption row. This page runs through the common cases in one stacking table, then explains each in plain words.
What are the main LipoDyne interactions in one table?
| What you might already take | What changes with LipoDyne | The sensible move |
|---|---|---|
| Coffee, tea or energy drinks | The caffeine adds up, and the capsule is at least 100 mg | Count the capsule as one cup, and drop a cup if you are near your limit |
| A caffeine tablet or a pre-workout | Both add. Pre-workout products often carry 150 to 300 mg alone | Use one or the other on any given day |
| A green tea or EGCG capsule | Catechins and caffeine are doubled, and neither label adds them up | Count them as one ingredient taken twice and keep just one |
| A fat-soluble vitamin, or any prescription | The piperine row raises absorption in general | Take them apart from the capsule, and tell a prescriber about any medicine |
| A fibre supplement or bulking agent | Nothing documented, though a slower gut on both sides | Capsule before a meal, fibre at another time of day |
| A multivitamin | No overlap, because the panel has no vitamin or mineral | Carry on. The two do different jobs |
Which LipoDyne interactions involve caffeine?
All the stimulant ones. Brewed coffee runs near 100 mg a mug, espresso near 65 mg a shot, black tea near 45 mg a mug and a standard energy drink near 80 mg. The capsule adds at least 100 mg to whatever you drink, and the green tea row adds more on top.
One review suggested 400 mg a day as a sensible ceiling for healthy adults. That is a suggestion, not a law, and it is a yardstick for adding things up. If you want the step-by-step arithmetic, our LipoDyne caffeine page shows it.
How do other supplements interact with LipoDyne?
Two rules cover it. First, anything with a stimulant adds. Second, anything with narrow dosing belongs apart from the absorption row. The black pepper extract is there to raise how much of the other rows reaches the blood, and it cannot tell them from a tablet swallowed at the same moment.
With a fat-soluble vitamin, the advice is to take it at a different time from the capsule. With a fibre supplement or bulking agent, the capsule goes before a meal and the fibre later in the day. That is the whole advice, and it rests on how the rows work, not on a study of the finished formula.
Does LipoDyne interact with a multivitamin?
No overlap at all. The Supplement Facts panel on the bottle lists no vitamin and no mineral. One of the seller’s marketing panels says otherwise, and the Daily Value column is the quick proof: every row carries a dagger, because none has a reference intake. So the capsule neither replaces a multivitamin nor duplicates one.
What about LipoDyne interactions with prescriptions?
This is the one that matters most, and it comes from the smallest row. Piperine blocks CYP3A4, an enzyme that clears many common medicines, so a medicine taken alongside the capsule can reach a higher level than its dose intended. Tell whoever prescribes your medicines, and show them the black pepper extract row.
We have given it its own page: LipoDyne with medications. Our piperine article covers the study behind it.
Do food and drink change LipoDyne interactions?
The label asks for one capsule daily with water, preferably before meals. Two rows work on the meal itself: the vinegar powder affects how fast the stomach passes food on, and the pepper extract raises the absorption of whatever is swallowed alongside it. A full glass of water is kinder than a sip.
Alcohol, grapefruit and other foods and drinks are not covered by any source on this site, so what the site says about them is: not published. If you have a specific question, ask a pharmacist. For the full panel, see the supplement facts page.

Frequently asked questions
Can I take LipoDyne with coffee?
Yes, once you have added it up. The capsule is at least 100 mg of caffeine, so count it as one of your cups.
Can I take LipoDyne with a pre-workout?
The caffeine adds up, and pre-workout products often carry 150 to 300 mg by themselves. Use one source on the days you train.
Can I take LipoDyne with a green tea supplement?
Treat the two as one ingredient bought twice. The catechins and caffeine would both duplicate, and neither label totals it for you.
Can I take LipoDyne with a multivitamin?
Yes. There is no overlap, because the LipoDyne panel contains no vitamin and no mineral.
Does LipoDyne interact with prescription medicines?
One interaction is worth naming: piperine blocks CYP3A4. Tell your prescriber and show them the black pepper extract row.
Does LipoDyne interact with alcohol?
Not published. No source on this site covers alcohol, so ask a pharmacist if you have a specific question.
Which sources does this page lean on?
The figures on this page come from the printed panel and from the other pages of this site. The links below are the consumer sources it leans on.
Our view
Our view is that most LipoDyne interactions are the ones you can count. Add the caffeine, avoid doubling up on green tea, space the other supplements, and tell a prescriber about the pepper row. That covers nearly everything the site can say with a straight face.
Where the site has no source, as with alcohol, it says so. That is better than a confident guess, and it is the right moment to ask a pharmacist.
