Ask yourself whether an order ID is involved. That single question routes almost everything correctly.

An order ID means money has changed hands at the seller’s checkout and a record exists. Only the order desk can open that record, so anything touching it goes there: a parcel that has not arrived, an address typed wrongly, a pack size you want changed before it ships, a refund.

No order ID means the question is about information rather than about a transaction. Which row carries the caffeine, why the garcinia amount is printed without a percentage, whether a sentence on this website is wrong. Those come here, to the people who wrote them.

The cost of getting it backwards is a day. A refund request sent to the website address sits until somebody reads it and tells you to telephone, and the guarantee window does not pause while that happens.

Seven ordinary situations. Five of them need an order ID, which is the whole of the routing rule above restated as a list.

The last row is not a joke. A large share of the messages that reach a desk like this one ask for figures that are printed on the website already, and the wait for an answer is longer than the read would have been.

That desk holds the order record. It can look up a shipment, read a tracking event, correct an address that has not shipped, authorise a return and start a refund. It is the only route on this website that can do any of those things.

Have three items in front of you before you call, in this order of usefulness. The order ID, which is in the order email and is what the record is filed under. The email address you used, which is the fallback if the ID cannot be found. And the tracking number, if the question is about a parcel rather than about money.

Two things that desk cannot do are worth knowing in advance, because they save a call. It cannot take a new order, since ordering happens at the seller’s checkout. And it cannot tell you whether the capsule will suit you, which is a question about your history rather than about the bottle.

What it cannot do is see your order. It has no view of the checkout, no access to the shipment record and no ability to move money. A refund request sent there will be redirected, politely and a day late.

Two addresses doing two different jobs. The order desk names which one your return goes to when it issues the authorisation.

The sequence for a return matters more than the address does. Telephone first, get the authorisation and the address it names, then post.

Put your full name, your email and the order ID on a slip inside the box. A parcel with nothing in it identifying the sender is the commonest reason a refund stalls, and it is entirely avoidable.

Worth saying plainly, because they are the three questions that arrive most often and the three that no amount of goodwill at either desk can settle.

Whether it is safe alongside your medicines. The one interaction worth raising is named on the safety page: piperine from black pepper extract inhibits CYP3A4, the enzyme that clears a long list of common prescriptions. That is a sentence to take to whoever prescribes them, and it is the reason it is printed as a sentence rather than as a hedge.

None of those three is a policy of silence. Each one is a question whose answer belongs somewhere other than a support line, and each one has a page on this website that goes as far as the evidence allows.
