Six things people reasonably assume a shop holds. Two of the six are held here, and neither of them identifies you.

The short version is that this website is a publisher with ordering buttons on it. It writes about a bottle and hands off to the place that sells it.

That matters for a practical reason rather than a legal one. If you want a delivery address changed or an order deleted, this desk cannot do it, because the record is not here. The route that can is set out further down.

They leave this website entirely.

Every ordering button on these pages hands off to the seller’s own checkout. From that moment the seller’s privacy terms govern what is collected, and this desk is not a party to the transaction beyond being credited with having sent you.

What that checkout necessarily collects is what any delivery requires: a name, a delivery address, an email address for the order confirmation, and payment details handled by its payment processor. This desk does not receive the card details and does not receive the address.

Read that checkout’s own notice before you pay. It is the document that governs your order, and it is on the same page as the guarantee term this website keeps telling you to screenshot.

• The seller, who takes the payment, prints the guarantee term and holds the order record.
• Its payment processor, which sees the card details this desk never does.
• The carrier, which receives the delivery address and generates the tracking number in your order email.
• The order desk, which can read the order record in order to answer, change or refund it.
• This desk, which knows an order completed and is credited for it, and which does not receive your name or address as part of that.

Five parties, and the list is shorter than it looks: the first three are the ordinary machinery of any online purchase, and the last one is the reason this website exists.

No data is sold from here, because none suitable for selling passes through here. There is no advertising network embedded in these pages, no remarketing pixel and no third-party script collecting behaviour on this desk’s behalf.

Outbound links to published research point at the National Library of Medicine and federal health agencies. They carry no tracking from this website and they land on sites with their own notices, which govern what happens once you are there.

Reads it, answers it, and acts on it if it is a correction.

[email protected] is monitored Mon–Fri 9:00am–5:00pm ET. A message sent there is read by the people who write these pages. If it reports a factual error, the page is changed and the review date moves forward.

Your address is used to reply and for nothing else. It is not added to a mailing list, because no mailing list exists here. No newsletter is sent from this website.

A message about an order is redirected to the order desk rather than acted on, because this address has no access to the order record. That redirection is the reason the contact page leads with the routing rule rather than with an address.

If you would like a message and the reply thread deleted after the matter is closed, ask in the message and it will be. That is a small thing, it costs nothing, and it is easier to do than to explain.

Not for advertising, and not to follow you anywhere.

There is no advertising network on these pages, no remarketing pixel and no third-party behavioural script. Nothing here builds a profile of a visitor, because there is nothing on this website a profile could be used to sell you differently.

What a browser does keep is ordinary: the fonts and the stylesheet are cached so the second page you open paints faster, and the server writes a request log the way every web server does. Neither of those is a marketing mechanism.

Two things do travel with a click on an ordering button, and they are worth naming because they are how this desk gets paid. The seller’s checkout is told which retailer sent you, and it sets its own cookies under its own notice from the moment you arrive. What it collects there is described in that notice rather than this one.

The practical test for a reader is simple. If you leave this website without using an ordering button, nothing about your visit is attached to you by anybody. If you use one, you are at a shop, and a shop knows it has a customer.

Rights of access, correction and deletion apply to personal data under the laws of a number of jurisdictions, and where they apply to a record this desk holds they are honoured without argument or a fee.

Where the record is the seller’s, this desk will tell you so rather than passing a request on and leaving you to wonder whether it arrived.

Adults aged 18 and over, which is the same restriction the bottle carries.

This website is not directed at children, no part of it is designed to appeal to them, and nothing here knowingly collects information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent this desk an email, say so and it will be deleted.

The product restriction is separate and stricter in its consequences. LipoDyne is for healthy adults aged 18 and over, and the label excludes anyone under 18, pregnant or nursing. That is on the who it is for page in full.

Two things, and both are worth stating rather than leaving in the gap between paragraphs.

It cannot promise anything about the seller’s systems. The order record, the payment machinery and the carrier integration belong to other companies, and this desk has no visibility into how any of them is secured. Its own notice is the document that governs them.

And it cannot promise that transmission over the internet is secure. This website is served over an encrypted connection and email to this desk travels the ordinary way email travels, which is to say across machines nobody in this sentence controls. That is true of every website that tells you otherwise as well.

This notice may be updated when something changes about what is held or by whom. The review date at the foot of every page moves when it is, and it currently reads September 2026.
